We’ll have opportunities to connect throughout the getaway, but we’re intentionally leaving space for you to enjoy Punta Cana.

A Day on Saona Island

One of the highlights of Fire Signs & Island Vibes is already included in your package: our Saona Island Day trip.

We’ll leave the resort behind and spend the day experiencing one of the Dominican Republic’s beautiful island destinations together.

Your Saona Island experience includes the day trip and lunch, giving us one memorable group experience in the middle of an otherwise relaxed getaway.

Specific excursion timing and additional details will be provided to booked travelers.

And yes—Saona Island is already included in your trip price.

Your Stay at Riu Republica

Riu Republica gives this getaway exactly the kind of atmosphere we’re looking for: tropical, social and easy to enjoy.

With an adults-only setting, all-inclusive meals and drinks, resort activities and entertainment, you won’t need a packed itinerary to find something to do.

When you want to relax, you can do that too.

Your Girlfriends on the Go package includes a Tropical View room for your four-night stay.

Come With a Friend—or Come Without One

You do not need to put this trip on hold because your usual travel partner can’t make it.

Airfare is not included in your package.

Because our Girlfriends on the Go travelers may be joining us from different cities, you’ll arrange your own flight to:

Punta Cana International Airport (PUJ)

Your round-trip transportation between PUJ and Riu Republica is included in your package.

We’ll collect the necessary flight information from booked travelers later so your airport transportation can be coordinated.

Can I come alone?

Absolutely! Many women join Girlfriends on the Go trips solo. You’ll have opportunities to connect with the group while still having the freedom to enjoy Aruba your way.

Come solo or bring your travel bestie—your passport friends will be waiting.

Do I need a passport?

Yes. Travelers must have a valid passport for travel to the Dominican Republic. We strongly recommend having at least six months of validity remaining beyond your travel dates to avoid potential airline or unexpected travel issues.

Are flights included?

No. This is a land-only package. You are responsible for booking your own flight to the Dominican Republic.

What airport should I fly into?

Fly into Punta Cana International Airport (PUJ) in Punta Cana.

Is airport transportation included?

Yes. Roundtrip airport transfers are included as long as you arrive and depart within the designated transfer window.

Can I make payments?

Yes. Secure your spot with your $100 non-refundable, non-transferable deposit and make monthly payments leading up to the final payment deadline.

To maintain your reservation, monthly payments are required. Reservations that become significantly past due may be subject to cancellation, and all payments made remain non-refundable and non-transferable according to the cancellation policy.

We strongly encourage travelers to make payments consistently to keep their reservation active and in good standing.

Do I need a roommate or can I choose my roommate?

You may travel with roommates of your choice and select triple or double occupancy, or choose the single occupancy option.

Are excursions included?

Yes. Our Saona Island day trip with lunch is included. Additional excursions are optional, giving you the freedom to add more adventure or simply stay at the resort and enjoy the beach, pools, and island vibes.

What is the activity level for this trip?

This trip has a light to moderate activity level. There may be walking during our hosted experience and any optional activities you choose, but this is not an excursion-heavy itinerary.

There's plenty of time to relax, enjoy the resort, and move at your own pace.

Is travel insurance required?

Travel insurance is not required but is strongly recommended to protect your investment.

Will there be free time?

Absolutely. Free time is a big part of Fire Signs & Island Vibes.

We’ve planned enough for you to enjoy the Girlfriends on the Go experience without scheduling every minute of your vacation. Enjoy the resort, relax by the pool or beach, book an optional excursion—or do absolutely nothing.
