Traveling to Bali from the United States is a long international journey, and most flight itineraries involve at least one connection. We want you to know that before booking.
That's one reason this trip includes seven nights in Bali. You'll have time to experience both Ubud and Seminyak, enjoy the scheduled excursions and still have opportunities to relax.
Once you arrive, your designated airport transfers, scheduled group transportation and guided excursions are arranged.
Your arrival airport: Ngurah Rai International Airport (DPS).
International airfare is not included. Depending on your departure city and flight itinerary, you may need to leave the United States one or more days before April 15 to arrive on the trip's start date.

Can I come alone?
Absolutely! Many women joining this trip are traveling solo. Our hosted group excursions and dinners provide opportunities to meet and connect with other travelers.
Can I book a room by myself?
Yes. Single occupancy is available for $2,899 per person. Double occupancy is $2,299 per person for two travelers sharing a room.
How much is the deposit?
The deposit is $199 per person. Your reservation is confirmed once your required traveler information and deposit have been received and processed.
When is final payment due?
January 15, 2027.
Are flights included?
No. International airfare is not included. You'll arrange your own flights to Ngurah Rai International Airport (DPS).
Do I have to participate in every activity?
Some hosted activities are optional, and you'll also have free time to relax and explore. Please review the itinerary for scheduled group excursions and transportation arrangements.
How physically active is this trip?
The activity level is moderate. Expect walking, temple visits, sightseeing and some full-day excursions.
Are all meals included?
Daily breakfast, selected lunches and scheduled group dinners are included. You'll purchase meals not specifically listed in the itinerary.
Do I need a passport and visa?
U.S. travelers need a valid passport that meets Indonesia's entry requirements and the appropriate visa or entry authorization. Travelers are responsible for checking the requirements applicable to their citizenship before departure.
What happens when the remaining spots are filled?
Once the trip reaches capacity, registration will close. A waitlist may be offered if additional interest remains.
